DUN in WinCE - CodeProject

Hi ,
I am trying to develop an app in wince to establish DUN with mobile. Currently i am able to connect using RAS functions, by hard-coded phone no.(*99#) and AT commands (AT+CGDCONT = 1,"IP","airtelgprs.com"). My doubt is , is there any function in wince to retrieve these information rather than hard-coding for different service providers??
