Talk to the people you got the licence from, or Claysys: AppForms • Future-Proof Dynamic Business Applications[^]

While I'm sure you have a legitimate licence, I'm equally sure that there are those that don't, and we shouldn't be helping them to steal software - everyone here makes their living from writing the stuff after all. And Claysys will be able to check immediately that your licence is genuine and help you as much as possible.
