how can i navigate between this port 

 1.home -> localhost:81
 2. test -> localhost:82
 3. example -> localhost:83


What I have tried:

for example:
 in home page, i will set link to the second port.
from the second port i want to set link to redirect me to the home page which home page wan found in another port.
please any help and thanks in advance.

It called 'bindings' in IIS... You can set it when adding site
Add Web Site dialog in IIS[^]
or later
Add a Binding to a Site (IIS 7)[^]

i bind the second port as you tell me, but i want to allow user to navigate between my port , which when i navigate from the first port if i want transfer to page in the second port that raised an error as the following:
the file does not exists
