Protection unpacking of android apps

I have read many unpacking of android app(Dexhunter, appspear, droidgrine...) but I could not find any solution to protect these techniques. anyone here knows any techniques to protect this technique. I have a brief idea but I don't how to implement it.

1. I want to write a code to check the DVM run time that it tries to unpacking Android app or not.
2. If DVM has those behaviors, stop to load dex into DVM or throw the exception

If any one in these groups know how to do the above techniques please share your techniques to me, I am appreciated for your help

So far I could not find any solution and I have sample idea above. I hope someone here has much better idea or share the techniques above to me.
