Json.parse giving error as out of memory or not enough storage is available to complete this operation

I am uploading Images/doc files having bigger size max 10 MB or more along with few data. And these images i have a base64.

While parsing objects which contain files as well as data,it throws Out of memory or Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.

So is there any way to increase JSON limit.

Or what is the maximum limit JSON can parse.

How to resolve above issue.

What I have tried:

I did not find any solutions to resolve out of memory issue.
