i installed microsoft sql server 2017, it requires framework v4, i tried to install sql after framework installation,.. failed atlast.

What I have tried:

Tried with microsoft sql server 2012 too.

According to the official documentation: Download Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 Express from Official Microsoft Download Center[^] SQL Server 2012 is compatible with Windows 7 32 bit.
Check the rest of the hardware requirements, and then try a clean install (I.e. install SQL before Visual Studio as VS uses SQL internally).
