I have tried 5 times for submit my article it is not submitted. I am so tried and I have also post my issue after that I was not got any suggestion from your side.
I was getting message that tag it and some others.

Submitted articles are reviewed before publishing.

Those messages and tags are an indication of the reason your articles are rejected.

Sounds like the article hasn't been accepted during the moderation. If you have got messages concerning the article, read them through and try to make requested modifications.

My understanding is that you also should have received info if the article is reported for example because of formatting problems, missing content, links outside CodeProject or similar. Take this info also into account when making changes to the article.

The moderation process is important phase ensuring that the article follows all the guidelines CodeProject. For example an incomplete article is not going to benefit anyone, least of all the author because the likeliest outcome is that the article gets only downvoted.
