use set lable value on masterpage layout in whole application in MVC5 web application

it is declare session value to assign @ViewBag at every controller but we can not using every controller to set it every time

What I have tried:

I tried @ViewBag.<name> in master page layout in mvc using controller set as @ViewBag.<name> = Session<value>

but it is declare session value to assign @ViewBag at every controller....
