1.If the first login attempt fails, the reCaptcha checkbox will appear and the customer must check it to move forward.
2.If user fails again, reCaptcha will become more aggressive and present increasing difficult challenges to the user (squiggly letter, traffic signs, etc).

What I have tried:

I have added reCaptcha and perform validation using jQuery.

As per my knowledge, you can't change security settings programatically or manually for specific users. It's available in admin pane only and changing level of security reflects to all users. See: Frequently asked questions  |  reCAPTCHA  |  Google Developers[^]
