When i run shows error as follows

This operation can be performed only on a computer that is joined to a server farm by users who have permissions in SQL Server to read from the configuration database. To connect this server to the server farm, use the SharePoint Products Configuration Wizard, located on the Start menu in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Products.

how to solve the above error. please let me know

It is not so much an error as it is a message. You can google the message to get a better understanding of what it is telling you to do. However, this site is for helping people with code they have written so this is not the right place to ask your question. You need to google first and then find a tech support forum if you can't find your answer in google.
