If you're trying to print when this error happens then it's probably because it is trying to access a printer on the server (your code runs on the server so when it prints it prints on the server) and that could be anything...no printer installed, IIS has no access to the printer, could be anything.

If you're trying to print on the client's printer then you can't.

It's a bit difficult to tell which part is your code and which part is the method in the libraries you are calling.
However, I googled

Rotativa.AsPdfResultBase.BuildPdf

and that turned up someone having the same issue:
