Hi,
Can anyone please help me out why i am getting "Class Not Registered" as an returned value of CoCreateInstane library function of COM.
I am using Windows 7 H B.

Solution 1

Most likely reason is that the COM DLL is not registered.

i have registered the dll writing regedit file and i am in see to CLSID in regedit writing regedit file and registering it with regsvr32 toolis one and same?

It's possible that you may not have written all the required keys/values. To be sure try explicitly registering using regsvr32.
