Help in a Python list

I want someone to help solve a workout. The exercise is: :: Make a list of 20 places and fill them in red, green, blue in random order and then put them in the right order (based on this order :: red, green, blue);

What I have tried:

I have not done so yet and now I have started and I only learn the lists

please be more obvious. Do you want pseudocode? A program? Explain what it will do properly
