Issue with sharepoint list

in sharepoint we have implemented flow to move the items from one list to another list. But here the flow is working only for the items created after the flow implementation, how to apply the implemented flow for items which created earlier. i.e (before the flow implementation)

Also please suggest any other way to move the items from one list to another, to avoid threshold limit to 5000.
