Hello.

My site was perfect Now I have made some changes in my existing CSS file. Changes are done and saved properly on server. But it's not reflecting on website. I tried to see CSS by inspect element there is older version and then saw a server file there is a newer one.

What I have tried:

I have tried all the things like hard refresh, incognito browser, cleared cache but it's not working

Request the css file directly in your browser (preferably a new "incognito" or "private" session) and see if you get the new version or the old. If it is old and ctrl+f5 doesn't get you the new one then maybe you've updated the wrong file or the wrong folder, see if you get the right file when you access the site via FTP or whatever you use. It's impossible for us to say as we can't access your system. If you're sure you've updated the right file but it's not showing then contact your web host.

Clear your cache.

If you've not done so already, make a trivial change - like changing a font or background color to bright red (#f00). See if that's reflected in your page (after a proper refresh). If it is, look to errors in the CSS; if not, then per FE-S's comments, perhaps you're saving the file in the wrong place.
