Hi guys!
I am thinking of creating a payment getway like Payoneer to help my country, we are deprived of VISA cards. And the goal is to use our own currency to make local purchases.
Please help me guys.

Not to be brutal, but If you don't know where to start, a quick answer forum for programming related questions geared towards people who are stuck with code related issues is certainly not the place to ask how do i start a business.

I recommend you start with a google search and plan on investing a lot of time, money into R&D on your end.

There are so many laws around this that you first need to figure that stuff out. Then you'll need to setup servers that users can call your API. Then you need to figure out pricing, building the db to store customers, etc, etc. This is a massive project so I'm not sure what you really want from us.
