Import info from XLS to TXT

I have an XLS file that contains (Names, Phones, Emails)

I need to import that information into a letter file in TXT.

is there a script or a program could do that?

What I have tried:

I'm not a computer guy, so please need your help

If you aren't "a computer guy" then I'd suggest you start with Word: Mail merge using an Excel spreadsheet - Word[^]
