I can not disable talk back option within application

What I have tried:

I need to Disable Talk back voice within Application. Because i need to play my audio file in all accessibilities. i also tried importantforAccessibility attribute. this option disable voice for particular field and does gives gesture event. And i can not set importantforAccesibility to Keyboard shown/Hidden Event. Some one have any idea , please reply.
