Can to resolve project problems using internet? Without add JAR file external

I got largest java project.When it run, coming Resolve Project Problems error message. So many JAR file could not found. So, I want to add JAR file one by one. It is very difficult. How to add JAR files using internet?

What I have tried:

Can to resolve problem using online in net beans or eclipse or whatever ide?
