Looking out for SIP SDK

Hi!!!
I am newbie here.
I am looking out for SIP SDK which can talk to SIP providers and which provide the following built-in features :
1. Broadcast Calls, messages to phones, emails and faxes
2. IVR with voices and keys pressed recording options
3. Inbound Calls
4. Media sharing
5. Inbound/Outbound messages and notifications

Intention is to customize on top of it using C# to meet our requirements.

What I have tried:

Solution 1

A place like Quick Answers really isn't the place to come for a question like this. What you need to do is work out what your requirements are (for instance, how many simultaneous lines do you need to support), and use that as a basis to investigate the various SIP providers. Have a search on Google. Get in touch with the manufacturers and find out what they can provide for you, as well as whether or not you can afford their offerings.

Yes I am already doing that but I would like to know from people whom all they contacted and used their sdks and been successful in implementation. A manufacture will always tell my product is best in the market but its users who certifies. I want to get those opinions so that I can make right choice instead of beating around the bush.
