I want to create an app for my smartwatch that alert me on my phone or by itself when my
pulse beats get lower than normal and i start falling asleep . My smartwatch can measure the pulse i just need to create the app now and if you could help me do it i am ready to pay for it ! Please interested people leave their email add so i can contact them .

What I have tried:

I have not tried it by myself because i have a lot of things to care off and i was hoping somebody help me .
