Can someone help me with report generation using my-fyireporting in VB.NET?

I am new here. I would like to know, how to create report using myFYIreporting and to use in vb.net.
I am having the report designer, but i don't know how to make SQL query to filter the required reports.

For example,

I am having a combo box value and date values to select FROM date and TO date. I would like to show the report based on the input provided from the form.

I am using access database with vb.net. Visual Studio 2017 Community

Can some one please help me out with sample code?

What I have tried:

If i make a default query the report shows up without any problem. but i don't know how to get input from the form. Please help me friends.

Never heard of it. Well, this is the problem with using most open source projects off of GitHub or similar. You're usually on your own for figuring stuff out.

The documentation for the thing can be found here[^]. Beyond that, it's up to your own skills as an investigator to figure out any problems and hope someone responds on their discussion group[^].
