Hot to setemployee leave calculation in payroll

i am new to develop Payroll and i have a problem how to calculate and Store leave on this condition

Type of leave CL - 7 SL - 7 PL 21

(1) No Leave For 3 month From Date of Joining
(2) Calculate Leave After complete of 3 month probation period like (9 month Leave) like
7 Leave of Year so What Leave For 9 Month Is Dynamic in Database

(3) After Com plate 1 Year get Regular leave like 7 CL, 7 SL, and 21 PL

Please Help me how configure leave in Payroll Auto Above Condition i am Use SQL DATABASE AND Vb.net

What I have tried:

Compare the employee's start date to the current date. That will give the total leave allowance. Subtract any leave already taken, and that is the answer.
