Set a command button to queue up an ink pen

I want to have a command button, when pressed, enable a ink pen to allow annotation on an excel spreadsheet. The tools are currently under the "Draw" ribbon (if enabled).

What I have tried:

I can't seem to find any code for this feature. I also checked the macro recording tool and it does not record anything when selecting or using the pen tool.
