If you have to ask "How do I write an entire application?", first, you're asking a question that can't be answered in a forum, and second, you've got a LOT to learn about software development and really shouldn't be writing that application for anyone for money.

We can't help you here, that is just far too big a task for us to even begin explaining the whole process in a little text box.
You need to start by researching the tax, invoicing, and accounting procedures rules for the country in which your app is to be used - they vary from country to country - and then by specifying exactly what your app should do.
You can then flesh that spec out by working out how you want the user to interface with it, what data you need to store, where and how you want to store it, what reports you need to be able to create.
From that, you can start designing the software.

When you have all that, you can begin coding!

But we can't do any of that for you.
