How to change post max limit in windows hosting plesk?

Hi,
I am trying to upload a website theme to my web hosting server which is windows Plesk hosting but I am getting an error (

PHP Warning:  POST-Content-Length of 44373969 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0

) Please let me know how to solve this issue. Thanks

Been trying to find the php.ini but couldn't find where it located.
