How to set page order in reportviewer.webforms

Hi
I am new in reportviewer, I have created a matrix report with row header and column header should repeat on each page. So while exporting to PDF the result goes up to 9 pages i.e. the column header repeats 3 times and row header repeats 3 times (3x3=9). My issue is while exporting to PDF in the first 3 pages the row header remains constant and column header changes
I want the column header to remain constant and row header to change
