How to add a reference in ASP.NET MVC ? I am using framework 4.2.5

i create a resister view and it shows system.core reference is missing but when i try to add in reference the error occurred it says "it already referenced in build project" how i can solve this.

What I have tried:

i am trying to add reference by right click on reference and add reference

Solution 1

The system core is located at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework.NETFramework\v4.*.*\System.Core.dll

I should just paste this lib down in your repo.
