Any idea for show/hide additional field in woocommerce when client tick check box

Dear Coders!
I have a store online and intergrate woocommerce for trade and there are 2 diffirent products style and I want to checkout page will appear field check box, if clients tick checkbox, the additional field will be show, if not tick, no additional field show.
Please help me solve this problem!

I have tried add plugin Flexible Woocommerce Checkout Field Editor for custom more additional field, and I create check box field but no known how to make show/ hide all field of additional field.
