CSV is a single "table" text file not an Excel document.

In csv also we can create sheet2,sheet3,....

You cannot, there is no such concept in a .csv file, it is just a single stream of text.

You don't, because csv file don't have this concept.
csv file format is simple text.
The file is a sheet, each line is a row, and each column in a row is separated by a comma.
