Hi , I am changing my web server and moving to azure web apps. Earlier i had created a certificate request using iis and SSL certificate was allocated to me. Now since i am changing the web server , I need to again re-key the certificate and for that i need to create a new certificate request but now since i am using web app i don't have the luxury of iis. How can i crate the certificate request without iis ?? I read some articles but still i am unable to create the request. Please point me in the right direction.

What I have tried:

Read some articles about OpenSSL
