Hi,
Is there any framework in c#.net where one can create a reporting tool?

What I have tried:

I tried in the web for more than 2 days. I checked whether this is achievable using AngularJS. But all contains the way to implement reports(graphs etc) programatically based on the data. But I need to create a solution like ssrs in which the user can create reports of their own

Solution 1

No, because SSRS / Crystal reports / others do the job already - there is no "framework" specifically for reporting. You would create the reporting app (if SSRS et al are not exactly what you need) from "normal" controls and forms / pages and write your own code to hook them together.
