How material design in XAML view in one main ?

how Material Design In XAML works? and view the user control in main window ?
and send colors changes too ..
are there any link or any one touch the steps !!

What I have tried:

i can use Material Design In XAML themes ..
but i con not use colors in user control if i use it in main window
and i tried WPF.MDI to make views in main window ..
