i hve started programming and i am presently working in C#.net but i dnt like it. I either want to go for Java or python but i am confused. can anyone suggest me best language

If you would explain what you do not like in C# some may suggest a language with the proper values...
However - Java is not much different from C#, so if you cause of dislike is the look-and-feel, it will not improve... Python syntax is something completely different and you have to taste it for yourself (I found it taste very bad)...

If your problem is not with the syntax, but with the environment - there are countless IDEs to write C#, do some Google to find them...

Well, we should know, at least, why you don't like C#. You know C# isn't Visual Basic, it is actually a very popular language.
Leaving C# for Java is, in my opinion, an act of masochism.
Again, without knowing your needs and your preferences, we cannot establish if Python could be a good choice. Like C# is a mainstream language, however, it is a scripting one.
There many many interesting programming languages on the horizon, like, for instance, Haskell and Lua.
