Create a menu in my website using the hashtags attributed to my posts as categories in the top of the page on tumblr?

hi,

i was wondering if anyone could help me

i am doing a website using tumblr, and i am trying to create a menu on top of the page next to the links tumblr already does for me that can use the hashtags i have created (and attached to the posts/pictures) and so pick/select the different content in groups of the whole page.

any help would be appreciated, i am going around this for hours and don't find a way to make it work

What I have tried:

i tried tutorials and questions in google but couldn't find anything that worked
