Hello.
The idea is to have a Web Service as a mid layer.

On one side I have application(Android) that sends HTTP request (POST, JSON, XML).

When the web service(PHP) receives the HTTP request, I am not sure to store it in a database or just save it as file. Or directly forward it.

The third component is another application(C# desktop) that receives the HTTP request.

What I have tried:

Can you provide me with some references to make a such web service?
