Excluding the embedded images and images in outlook signature - VSTO 2010 addin - C#

I'm currently developing an Outlook Add-in which saves Attachments in local drive.
If I save all attachments, the embedded images in the MailItem are also saved.

I want only the real attachments, I also want to exclude the images in the signature of the email.

Please let me know how to differentiate between and save the real attachments in a local drive.

What I have tried:
