Test the data migrated from XML to MYSQL.

i have an XML sheet in which it have data as well as table which i have to migrate to MySQL . After migrating how would i be able to test if all the information/data is exported successfully to MySQL. is there any tool or Query for that ?? have huge amount of data so wont be able to test manually.
