How to eliminate render-blocking javascript and CSS ?

I have an online shopping site which created in Opencart CMS. Recent I found a big problem by google page speed tool. They show me that,I have 5 blocking script resources and 14 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering my page.

Approximately 1% of my page could be rendered without waiting for the following resources to load. Try to defer or asynchronously load blocking resources, or inline the critical portions of those resources directly in the HTML.

Please Help me someone. How I fix the problem?

The only way is to hire a professional coder or a company near your place.
