Grid view and Details view

Hi there,

I am developing a website with a grid to display data from table.
I have created a 'select' field in my grid view so that I can view the details of each of the selected record in the 'details View' and everything works fine.

The problem is that when I enable paging in my grid view and navigate to the second page or any other page other than the default one, when I click on the select link to view the details in my details View, I only receive details of the record on the first page of my grid View.

Even when I select from these pages, the details view only displays this first record on the default page.

How can I solve this, help me?

DetailsVIew1.pageIdex=Gridview1.selectedindex;
