Code review in TFS 2015

I want to review the code before it is checked in to TFS 2015. But I am not getting "Request Review" under the "Actions" tab. What should I do to get that option?

I'm using TFS 2015 with Visual Studio 2012.

What I have tried:

Did not find any solution to add that option

Click the "Home" button, click "My Work". The link for "Request Review" should be right there.
