Load report error in crystal report 13.0.19

Hi, I have designed a crystal report in VS2013 with CR 13.0.19. When i try to load the report i am getting this error,

at CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportClientDocumentWrapper.EnsureDocumentIsOpened() at CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument.Load(String filename, OpenReportMethod openMethod, Int16 parentJob) at CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument.Load(String filename) at Sign.WebSites.Signsec.ReportLoader.LoadReport(String rptFileName, Dictionary`2 spParamKeyValueParis, Dictionary`2 rptParamKeyValuePairs) at Sign.WebSites.SignSc.ReportViewer.GetReportSource() at Sign.WebSites.SignSc.signScReports.cmdView_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Please help me out with this.

What I have tried:

I have checked the report path and report name, both r correct

Solution 1

You have - probably - two versions of crystal reports installed on the server.

yes correct, i had two versions installed in my system but it was showing 13.0.19, so i removed it and reinstalled it again and its working now.
