Receiving mail when user click sublit from contact us page

Hello, EveryBody !!
My Problem is I want to receive the data when user fills the contact us a form of my website I want the data to be received through mail. when user click submits button. I don't want to use the local client mailer ... I have HTML website and I can't make functionality with HTML and I'm new to web development .... please help me in sending contact us form data to mail id I want .
If there is any plugin please suggest.. or please help any suggestion is appreciatable

What I have tried:

I have no Idea how to do it i searched google and found PHP mailer but I'm not able to understand

Hello De2 i don't think its gonna work .. i only know php mailer is the one solution
