Wpf: scale controls with adorner

Hello,
I've been using the code from this article :Dragging Elements in a Canvas[^]

It allows me to drag elements. What i'd like to do now is add way to scale the controls.
I heard the adorner layer is the best way to do it but i don't know how to use it.
