Database connection error

Hi All,

I got the below error message in error log file. but don't know why this happen and what is the solution for this ?
[ART.118.5053] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to get a connection to resource JdbcStoredValue:svsNoTrans.
[ADA.1.204] Cannot connect to the database with DataSource class "com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDataSource"

I need some experts advice to resolve this issue.

How is your connectionstring set up?

Normal connection string only. read from config file.
