How fill some fields in view depending on one field

I have view which is bound to a model that contain a some properties and one of the property is list of another entity. I need to achieve the functionality in razor that all the fields of that list property depends on one filed. For example I have ViewModel Country and a ViewModel State which contains state related data.The state is used as List property in Country. Now I want to achieve that when i change state field all respective other fields of state should be changed accordingly. How this can achieved in hmlhelper or razor.

What I have tried:

I did not tried anything for it as I do not have any idea how to achieve this
