Restore your site from your backup copy.

Well, since we know NOTHING AT ALL about what this person did to your site, you're ONLY option is to restore from backup.

You DID backup your production site, didn't you?

Put the server offline or deliver a static HTML page informing the visitors.

Find out what has been changed / affected.

Find the intrusion leak.

If the intruder got root / admin access the only option is re-installing the server OS.

Fix the intrusion leak.

Install most recent updates for all used software, modules, scripts.

If you have a database with sensible information like user data or login data:
Check if the intruder had access to it.
If so, inform your users by mail that data may have been leaked and which kind of data.
If passwords or hashes has been stored in the database, reset them.

Restore the website content from a backup that is known to be unmodified.

NOTE:
The above is just from scratch and may be not complete.
