VS 2015 android emulator error

Hi,

While i run my android project developed in vs2015 xamarin gives me the following error

Error:
Running an x86 based android virtual device (AVD) is 10x faster. We Strongly recommend creating a new AVD.

What I have tried:

tried creating new avd with low ram but still the error exists

hi... i think your system configuration is low. you will try to use visual studio for android emulator or xamarin android player.

Ram: upto 8gb
processor: upto core i3
and also troubleshoot hyper-V.
