What is this file, where it can be found.

Solution 1

If the app needs the file, then the installer should put it in a place the app can find it.
If it hasn't done that, then you should go back to the company that wrote it and ask them what is going on. Otherwise, they don't know they need to fix the installer as well!

Plus, DLL files often come in different versions so you may need a specific version of the file. Best ask the manufacturers.
