Well, the programs(Code),which are available online to check whether the Email account is existing or not are not at all working. I am unable to figure out the solution. I developed a product in VC++, which can extract email ids from websites and now i want to add another module for verifying the email account existence.

Even if anyone is having a solution in any other programming language apart from VC++ then please post it as i am ready to understand the logic and implement it through VC++.

What I have tried:

Tried those programs available online but none of them are working properly.

They "aren't working properly" for a very simple reason: the only way to check for a real, live, genuine, working email address is to send a message to the address and require the user to follow a link to prove it is real.

There is no requirement for an email system to reject "unknown" emails to the sender, or bounce them, or do anything other than throw them right in the bit bucket and recycle the electrons.
